This 1959 Jimmie Rodgers tour also included the American instrumental group, The Champs of ("Tequila") fame

My sister and I (Kerrie & Trina Mackay)
aged 13 and 14 saw the Palais concert.
We were completely starstruck�� out of our minds to hear our fave HH song Mrs Brown You've Got a Lovely Daughter�� the Palais pulsated with the music and the screaming.
