-this is from the Telegraph Brisbane January 20th 1966 Promoter Harry M Miller tour Dates- Sydney Commemorative Auditorium showground January 21st and 22nd Brisbane City Hall January 24th Melbourne the Plaias Janaury 27th,28th and 29th Adelaide Centennial Hall February 7th Perth capitol theater February 8th Hermans Hermits- Peter Noone Karl Green Lek Leckenby Keith Hopwood Barry WHitwam Tom Jones (with The Squires) Ray Columbus Max Merritt and the Meteors(Sydney,Perth and Adelaide) The Purple Hearts(Sydney and Brisbane) The Twilights(Adelaide) The Groop(Adelaide) The Feelgoods(brisbane) Johnny and the Strangers(Perth) The Wild Colonials The Board(Sydney) This was the first tour for both Tom Jones and Hermans HErmits and on that tour they did an appearence on Brian Henderson's Bandstand on Channel 9. Tom Jones is still going strong as ever still recording and still touring while with Hermans Hermits lead singer Peter Noone still performs mainly in the USA while the group with original drummer Barry Whitwam still tours the world including Australia.
